Spring into New Life

Nothing is more invigorating than breathing in the fresh cool air of another spring season. The new green growth on trees and grass covering the ground reminds me that New Life in Jesus comes in seasons, too. God is patient with us when we fail to believe in His Word or trust Him with our future, but He won’t wait forever for our response to His goodness. Today is the day of salvation! Like spring is a season for new life, today is the time to accept God’s offer of eternal life. I you have not experienced the new birth through the Presence of the Holy Spirit, look out your window at the spring flowers. Life is about growing. You can grow old and cynical about your circumstances, or you can grow new in your faith in Jesus. The choice is up to you! How will you view your “spring” opportunity today?
